2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Membership in our networking scheme, Teammembersnow, is conditional upon acceptance of these terms and conditions. These may be subject to change, so please refer to our website for notifications of changes that may affect your membership.

3. Application for Membership

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. We welcome applications from any business owner or individual meeting this requirement. Each application is reviewed at our discretion, and in the rare case that we are unable to approve a membership, we are not obliged to provide a detailed explanation. TeamMembersNow shall not be held liable for any such decision, though we are always committed to treating every applicant fairly and respectfully.

Applications are made online, and by submitting such application you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.

4. Membership Contact Details and Usage

All members are required to provide information about themselves including name, business name, email address, phone contact details, and other personal information as may be requested from time to time. Members agree that any initial information provided to Teammembersnow will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

It is not acceptable for a member to collect contact information for other members from the Teammembersnow website to use for 1) group emails, 2) bulk texts, or 3) messenger communications without the express consent of those members receiving the communications. Membership contact details are for the purpose of creating cooperation between members. One-on-one meetings are recommended to build synergies and relationships.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you give permission to have a Profile created with your name, email address, phone number and other relevant business information on our website, which may be shared via our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and other platforms from time to time.

5. Benefits of Membership

TeamMembersNow offers two membership types: Partner-Member (company) and Member (individual), each with a distinct set of benefits.

Partner-Members (companies) are entitled to:

• Full access to the exclusive discount scheme.
• Eligible for the Best Partner of the Year award.
• Monthly category spotlight across our channels (each partner featured roughly twice a year).
• Your business promoted on our social media (giveaways, daily special offers, seasonal offers, special promotional campaigns, and more).
• Featured on the TeamMembersNow podcast — scheduled once you're registered.
• Entry to our three yearly events: Annual Networking Gala, Community Impact Day, and Sports & Wellness Meetup.
• Unlimited concierge introductions.
• Suggest a Partner — help us grow the network.
• Invite & Earn — invite a business and get 1 month free; invite 5 in a year and get your next year free.
• Founding Partner-Member — join before 31 August 2027 (limited to the first 50 businesses) and lock in today's rate for another 2 years.

Members (individuals) are entitled to:

• Full access to the exclusive partner discount scheme.
• Early access to partner discount campaigns, before they're posted publicly.
• Unlimited concierge introductions.
• Suggest a Partner — help us grow the network.
• Invite & Earn — invite 5 or more friends who join and get your membership free for the next year.

All benefits can be found on our website and are subject to change. These changes will be announced on our website and via email.

New and prospective members are always welcome to join TeamMembersNow.

6. Membership Fees and Cancellation

All membership fees are inclusive of applicable VAT. Fees are annual, not refundable, and payable via the payment methods disclosed to you at registration. Our membership system will send reminders when your membership is due for renewal. If you wish to cancel after the payment has been made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. For this reason, for your own protection, please ensure that you keep your membership account email address up to date, even if you close or change your business.

Fees are stated on our website and subject to change with prior notice. You are not obliged to renew your membership. However, it is advisable to respond to the renewal reminder email sent ahead of your membership's expiration to ensure continued access to your benefits.

Members and Partner-Members may qualify for free membership periods through our Invite & Earn programme, as described on our website and FAQ. Free periods are applied at TeamMembersNow's discretion once an invited member's registration and payment are confirmed, and are not exchangeable for cash. Invite & Earn rewards are capped at one free year of membership per 12-month period.

Founding Partner-Members and Members who join between 1 September 2026 and 31 August 2027 (Partner-Membership limited to the first 50 businesses to join) lock in their membership rate (€120 / €60 per year) for as long as they remain continuously enrolled. Standard pricing may apply to members who join after 31 August 2027.

7. Meetings and Events

TeamMembersNow organises three signature events each year, spaced roughly every four months: the Annual Networking Gala, a Community Impact Day, and a Sports & Wellness Meetup. Should any additional events be planned, members will be notified in advance. Exact dates, venues, and RSVP details for each event are shared with members in advance via email and our social channels.

Invitations to these events will require an RSVP, and members are asked to confirm their attendance by the requested deadline to help us plan accordingly. Some events may be organised solely within our networking scheme, while others may be organised in cooperation with external parties.

Notifications about meetings and events will be communicated via our social media and personal emails. While we make every effort to avoid cancellations, TeamMembersNow reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances outside our control and will not be liable for any such cancellation.

Members are expected to comply with all health and safety regulations and policies of the venues or locations at which meetings and events take place.

There is no limit on the number of members from the same profession or discipline attending any TeamMembersNow event, and members are welcome to represent the business or profession that led them to join TeamMembersNow.

8. Use of Images, Content and Video; Media Release

Members who attend our meetings/events agree that photographs and videos taken by Teammembersnow and its representatives may be used on our social & other media and website.

Teammembersnow retains ownership of all still and video images for use at its discretion.

9. Use of Logo, Name and Other Information

You, the member have the right to use your business’s name, logo and business details on our website and on related social platforms and marketing materials, solely to indicate your attendance or membership in Teammembersnow.

As long as you remain a member of Teammembersnow, you may use our name and logo solely to indicate your membership in Teammembersnow.

10. Data Protection and Intellectual Property

We will respect the information you give us in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2018 and GDPR. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date. We will use your data to administer your membership. We will never sell your information to any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamMembersNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your membership, participation in events, meetings, or the annual gala, or your reliance on introductions or exclusive discounts obtained through the network. This includes, without limitation, liability for cancelled events, business outcomes from introductions between members, or the quality of goods and services offered by partner companies. This clause does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. TeamMembersNow is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws in Cyprus.

12. Termination

TeamMembersNow may suspend or terminate your membership at any time if your conduct does not conform to our ethos or breaches our Code of Conduct. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, this may take the form of informal resolution, a formal warning, suspension, or termination, consistent with the enforcement approach set out in our Code of Conduct. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Cyprus law, and any disputes arising from or related to your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

14. Related Policies

These terms and conditions apply alongside our Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy, which together govern your membership and use of TeamMembersNow's website and services.
