2.    Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Membership in our networking scheme, Teammembersnow, is conditional upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.  These may be subject to change, so please refer to our website for notifications of changes that may affect your membership.

3.    Application for Membership
Any business owner or individual is permitted to join our networking scheme.  We reserve the right to deny membership and refuse access to all benefits coming from our networking scheme. We shall not be obliged to provide any explanation for such refusal and are not to be held liable for such action.
Applications are made online, and by submitting such application you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions. Our networking scheme may terminate your membership at any time if your conduct does not conform to our ethos.

4.    Membership Contact Details and Usage
All members are required to provide information about themselves including name, business name, email address, phone contact details, and other personal information as may be requested from time to time.  Members agree that any initial information provided to Teammembersnow will always be accurate, correct, and up to date
It is not acceptable for a member to collect contact information for other members from the Teammembersnow website to use for 1) group emails, 2) bulk texts, or 3) messenger communications without the express consent of those members receiving the communications.  Membership contact details are for the purpose of creating cooperation between members. One-on-one meetings are recommended to build synergies and relationships.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you give permission to have a Profile created with your name, email address, phone number and other relevant business information on our website, which may be shared via our social network and other platforms from time to time.

5.    Benefits of Membership
There is only one type of membership where the same benefits apply to all members.
The members are entitled to: 
•    All possible discounts on products or services provided by members in our networking scheme.
•    Business networking events organised internally or with the cooperation of other external parties.
•    Your Business Profile on the website, which can be updated as requested.
•    Regular social media postings that promote groups and members.
•    The posting of upcoming events and promotions related to your business.
All benefits can be found on our website and can be subject to change.  These changes will be announced on our website or via newsletter.
Referrals for new and prospective members are always welcome.  When an active member recommends or refers an individual who joins our networking scheme fully paid member, a gift card will be awarded as a thank you to the referee.

6.    Membership Fees and Cancellation
The membership fees are annual, not refundable and can be paid securely through our website. Our membership system will send reminders when your membership is due for renewal or if your payment card is due to expire.  All memberships will automatically renew for another term if not cancelled and a new 12-month subscription will commence. You must contact us via email or phone when you receive your renewal notice. If you wish to cancel after the payment has been made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. For this reason, for your own protection, please ensure that you keep your membership account email address up to date, even if you close or change your business.
 
Fees are stated on our website and subject to change with prior notice. You are not obliged to renew your membership but you must give notice of cancellation by replying to the renewal reminder email within 48 hours, otherwise membership will be renewed automatically.

7.    Meetings and Events
There may be some meetings or events organised throughout our networking scheme. 
Members are requested to inform us about the number of people attending prior to booking all meetings/events. Sometimes these events may be organised solely within our networking scheme or they may be organised with the cooperation of external parties.
Notifications about meetings or events will take place as stated on the website and notifications will be sent to all members. Our networking scheme may be forced to cancel meetings due to factors outside our control.  We will make every effort to avoid this and notify members, but we will not be liable under any circumstances for cancellation.  
 
Members agree to comply with all health and safety regulations and policies of all host venues or other places where such events or meetings take place.
 
There is no limit of members from the same profession or discipline attending such events. 
Members may promote/represent the business or line of work that led them to join our networking scheme.

8.    Use of Images, Content and Video; Media Release:
Members who attend our meetings/events agree that photographs and videos taken by Teammembersnow and its representatives may be used on our social & other media and website. 
Teammembersnow retains ownership of all still and video images for use at its discretion. 

9.    Use of Logo, Name and Other Information
You, the member have the right to use your business’s name, logo and business details on our website and on related social platforms and marketing materials, solely to indicate your attendance or membership in Teammembersnow.
As long as you remain a member of Teammembersnow, you may use our name and log solely to indicate your membership in Teammembersnow.

10.    Data protection and Intellectual Property 
We will respect the information you give us in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and GDPR.  You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date.  We will use your data to administer your membership. We will never sell your information to any third party.

11.    Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Cyprus law.
