If your child attends Little Scholars, you already know us. Team Members Now is run by the same team, built on the same trust.
Team Members Now started as a preschool — and the trust we built with families became the foundation for a real business community.
Where it started
Our story began with Little Scholars, where we built more than a preschool: a close-knit community centred on young children and their families. That same care led to L'assorti Trading, a sustainable fashion brand making eco-friendly matching clothing for families and high-quality uniforms for Little Scholars and other local schools. Today, both businesses proudly sponsor Team Members Now.
From parents to partners
Through L'assorti, we connected with parents, suppliers, and local businesses — a community of entrepreneurs seeking genuine connections. That same trust, built at Little Scholars and carried through L'assorti, became the starting point for Team Members Now.
Long before Team Members Now, our school community came together for charity drives, sports days, and tournaments — the same spirit behind our Community Impact Day and Sports & Wellness Meetup, documented across our social media.

Where we're going
Still one community, growing bigger
Team Members Now started with families who trusted us every morning. Today it's a network across Cyprus, still built on real relationships, not cold connections.
We still look for that family-first spirit: owners who run their business personally.
Many members are parents from our school community, joining the same trusted circle in a new way.
Our first year (September 2026 – August 2027), Building the Network, means launching Our Network, our first Gala, Community Impact Day, and Sports & Wellness Meetup, and welcoming our founding cohort.
Each year, we'll share how the network has grown.
