Built on a community we already trusted.
TeamMembersNow didn't start as a business network. It started as a preschool — and the trust we built with our families turned out to be exactly the foundation a real business community needs.
Where it started
Our preschool has always been about more than the classroom. We create a happy, inquiry-led environment for children aged 2–6, and we've always believed a child's world extends beyond the school gates — into the lives, work, and community of their parents. We stay closely involved with our families, not just during drop-off and pick-up, but through activities and events that bring our whole community together.
From parents to partners
Over time, we noticed something: many of our parents were running businesses, offering services, or looking for exactly the kind of introduction another parent could make. The trust was already there — we just hadn't given it anywhere to go. So we built TeamMembersNow: first among our own school families, and now open to the wider Cyprus business community.
